The idea was inspired by Brain Games, a National Geographic television show. The first museum was opened in 2015 in Zagreb, Croatia. The franchising began in 2016, with museums opening in Zadar, Croatia and Ljubljana, Slovenia. In the following years, this franchise expanded, opening 43 museums across 25 countries. In 2023, the franchise opened its biggest museum, the Museum of Illusions Las Vegas.

The Illusion Museum Las Vegas is near McCarran International Airport. You can reach the Las Vegas Illusion Museum by car or by bus from the airport.

By Car

The Las Vegas Museum of Illusions is 3 miles from the airport, and a car trip takes around 10 minutes. The taxi fare from the airport to the museum would be around Rs 800.

By Bus

If you wish to ride a bus to the museum, you can board the 108-number bus. Then, deboard at NV University Ctr. From there, you can board another bus with 201 numbers and deboard at WB Tropicana after Las Vegas. From there, you can take a walk and reach the Museum of Illusions Las Vegas in 15 minutes. You can reach the museum in around an hour via bus, but it will cost only around $5-$6.
