Tourists can either take public transport from Kolkata to Canning to Jharkhali. You can also hire a private taxi and reach Jharkhali directly from Kolkata. We recommend you hire a private taxi as this way you won’t have to get involved in the hassle of public transport in Bengal. 

Via Train

The nearest major railway station from Sundarban Jharkhali is the Sealdah railway station in Kolkata. You can reach this station from any part of India, and upon reaching it, you can use the local trains to reach Canning and then take a taxi or public transport to Jharkhali. The distance between Canning railway station and Jharkhali is merely 46 Km.
