To enjoy the free flight ticket offer, tourists need to use JAL to book domestic and international flights to Japan using the same reservation. Also, the US, Canada, Mexico, and China travellers planning to stay in Japan for more than 24 hours must pay a stop-over fee of $100 or ￥300.
