This unbelievable monument was constructed back when Egypt was the world’s most powerful civilization around 4,500 years ago. These pyramids are some of the oldest sites and certainly among the most impressive.

2. Great Wall, China

Surprisingly, it took more than 2,500 years to build The Great Wall of China that is stretching more than 13,171miles. The wall started building in the 3rd century BC and completed in the 17th century AD, and it was the largest military structure in the world and had great architectural & historic importance. There was a super logical fact behind this wall to protect against foreign invaders. The fortification, made of stone and brick, became the famous symbol of China. To have an entire view of the wall is not possible, tourists explore only a session or two, as it would take more than 177 days with nonstop walking. Frequently visited sections of the wall are Mutianyu and Jinshanling, which are also both popular for hiking and day trips from Beijing.

3. Taj Mahal, India

Taj Mahal, a symbol of love, is enough to describe this historical monument. One of the most visited attractions among other historical monuments, this white ivory-white mausoleum was built by Mughul Emperor- Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. This is the amazing reason behind the formation of the monument as you will find it made up of white marble brought up from different places including crystal from China. This building was started in 1632 and after the completion, Emperor Shah Jahan cut the hands of the artist who built it in order to stop the construction of the same building in future. This historical monument is such a scenic beauty that it is a must-see for everyone.
