UP Tourism Dept Hosting Drone Show On Mahakumbh for Devotees

The tourism department of Uttar Pradesh is hosting a drone show for devotees in Sector 7 of Mahakumbh Nagar. This show starts today, January 24, and will continue until January 26, showcasing the heritage of Sanatan tradition. A rehearsal of the drone show was conducted yesterday, January 23.

The main attraction of this drone show is the story of ‘Make in India Mahakumbh,’ in which the Indian mythological history and tradition will be presented to devotees. This show will feature 2,500 Made in India drones flying in the sky with perfect synchronisation, forming captivating shapes and visuals. These drones will make scenes depicting the story of Samudra Manthan, the Origin of Kumbh Kalash, and the struggle between the gods and demons to attain it. The drones will have dazzling lights and background music to make the occasion truly magical.

Tight security has been put in place to ensure the smooth execution of this event. During the drone show rehearsal, local administration, police, and tourism department officials reviewed all the arrangements in collaboration.

Today, January 24, the show will also focus on heritage and development. Tomorrow, the show will highlight National Tourism Day, and finally, on January 26, the show will focus on Republic Day.
During the India-Nepal Tourism Summit held in Kathmandu, Indian representatives claimed impressive preparations for Mahakumbh 2025, which is now pretty clear. Every day, the occasion welcomes millions of visitors to Prayagraj, one of the most visited places in the epic of Ramayana.
